Conference Proceedings papers will be published in a special issue of Review of Scientific Instruments (RSI). The RSI special issue HTPD editors are Tom Murphy with Bob Kaita, who will be available for questions at the HTPD 2026 meeting.

Paper Format:

• A MS-Word template for the paper is available here.
• LaTeX users can find instructions under the “Preparing Your Manuscript” tab of the RSI login page. Fix link
• Although no strict page limit will be enforced, the poster contributions should be 5 pages or less.
• Although no strict page limit will be enforced, the invited-talk contributions should be 9 pages or less.

Paper Submission:

• The Call for Papers website for HTPD 2026 from Review of Scientific Instruments is now available.
• A submission link to RSI for HTPD 2026 will be available from May 4, 2026.
• Papers will only be considered for presentation material displayed in-person at the HTPD 2026 conference.
• Papers are due by the end of the meeting, June 11, 2026. No papers will be accepted after July 1, 2026.

Refereeing Process:

• Where possible, referees for submitted papers will be chosen from the attendees at the HTPD 2026 conference.

Student attendees are eligible to serve as referees.

• Attendees are expected to review 1-2 papers, as requested.
