Registration dates and fees:
General Registration: $575 (early, Jan 23 – Apr 3), then $675 (regular, Apr 3 to May 1), then $775 (late, May 2 to May 29)
Student Registration: $475 (early, Jan 23 – Apr 3), then $575 (regular Apr 3 to May 1), then $675 (late, May 2 to May 29)
After May 1 the registration will be considered “late” and acceptance will be decided on a case-by-case basis. On-site registration fees cannot be accepted. All registration must be done online, prior to beginning of the meeting.
Registration fees include:
Access to all conference sessions, conference Wifi access, coffee breaks, welcome reception, one paper submission to the conference proceedings special issue in Review of Scientific Instruments.

Application for a US entry Visa:
Foreign nationals may need a Visa to enter the United States. Please review the current B-1 Business Visa regulations on the U.S. Dept. of State website. You may be required to apply for a Single Entry B-1 Business Visa, if you are net eligible for the Visa Waiver Program. If you need a Letter of Invitation, then please request one by email from the Conference Chair, Johan Frenje. Be aware that it may take as long as 3 months for your Visa to be approved by the US State Department, hence you should apply for the Visa no later than March 7, 2026.
