Conference Venue and Events

The conference will be held in the Kresge Auditorium (MIT building W16) and Sala de Puerto Rico in the Student Center (MIT building W20) located at 48 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, MA.

Welcome Reception: A welcome reception will be held in the Sala de Puerto Rico in the Student Center on Sunday, June 7 from 4pm to 8pm. Attendees may pick up their conference registration materials.

Tour: Tours to Commonwealth Fusion System will be held on Tuesday (June 9) and Wednesday (June 10), from noon to 6pm. Bring your own lunch. More logistical details will be provided later.

Conference Banquet: The conference banquet will be held in the Sala de Puerto Rico in the Student Center (MIT building W20) on Tuesday, June 9, from 6pm to 8pm.


**Regarding the tour, CFS will be able to only host 100 conference attendees per day. When the quota for each day has been filled, on a first come first served basis through the Registration process, you will be able to sign up on a waiting list. Important note: Only non-local attendees, outside MA, will be offered the possibility to go on the CFS/SPARC tour.
