Submit an Abstract
Abstract submission is open from December 1st, 2024 through January 15, 2025 January 25, 2025.
Abstracts must be submitted via the online portal that can be accessed below. The abstract must be fewer than 500 words and may include special characters. Individuals may submit only one abstract as first author. Authors should indicate their preference for a poster or contributed oral presentation. Note that there are a limited number of contributed oral presentations in the agenda, and the program committee may reassign abstracts as posters when necessary.
At the time of submission, you will have the option to provisionally register for the conference. This provisional registration states that should your abstract be accepted, you will likely attend-- it is not binding. Those who submit an abstract will be alerted by the Technical Committee about its status in the early Spring, and at that time submitters will have the option to fully register and pay the associated fees with attendance.
