SOFE2025 Special Issue of IEEE Transactions on Plasma Science
Final Proceedings submission date: July 31st, 2025
All authors of SOFE-2025 presentations, whether oral or poster, have the opportunity to publish their work in a special issue of IEEE Transactions on Plasma Science (TPS), a peer-reviewed journal. Submissions for the Special Issue should be limited to 6 published pages for contributed papers and 8 published pages for plenary and invited papers. Templates for IEEE TPS can be found at the IEEE templates website. Manuscripts should be submitted through the IEEE Transactions on Plasma Science Author's Portal.
Authors should be aware that each manuscript will be checked for plagiarism before publication. If plagiarism is found, the manuscript will automatically be rejected. In addition, each manuscript will be checked to ensure that there is not excessive reuse of an author’s previously published material; the manuscript should contain significant new content beyond anything previously published. If it is determined that there is insufficient new content, the manuscript will be rejected.
